November is the month to be thankful, more than normal, I suppose. Today I am thankful for students that are trying their best to do the "right" things in life, who little by little come to know God and Jesus, who "rub off" on their friends in positive ways, and who make me laugh, so much.
To be a leader is to learn all the time from the people you lead, seeing in them truths you didn't recognize, and understanding something in a different way, and always being amazed at how little you need to "lead", but how much you love and nurture.
